In the attendance data that feeds through from Archtics, the overall figures on accounts are incorrect. This stems from the inclusion of XTRA events which aren't necessarily used, MONEY events which is used to track the funds paid, along with Non Access membership options which are just merchandise with no tickets included. As such, the reports then give us an incorrect view of how the account is going in terms of attendance and the need for follow up. What would be great, is the ability to filter the Attendance heading to just events that attendance is included so we could report this correctly and make it easy for the service team to see how members are using their tickets.
