The group rep field is a new unmapped field that we created. Ideally, there are 5 rep fields from Archtics that we’d like to map: Premium Sales, Premium Service, Fan Relations, Season Account Exec, and Group Account Exec. Are there any additional salesforce rep fields that can be used in this process?
In the long term, we are trying to figure out the best way to make this extendable to as many owner fields as needed. Right now, we have four fields - Ticket Sales, Ticket Service, Group Sales and Suite Sales. Based on your list, the one we are missing is Suite Service. Do you see any value of having a Group Service as well, or is there any other key, common ownership role that you think makes sense to just add as an additional field for now?
