When a rep creates a new Ticketing ID through TDM it would be nice if it would pull that rep name into the Account Rep Name field in Archtics. Currently all new Ticketing ID's get pulled over as 'Customer Service Rep' so then it is an extra step for the box office team to double check who is the correct sales rep on that account.
