Brian:

Orlando City SC is looking for a way to mass create Archtics ID’s for a group of contacts. The idea would be to create them natively and then have a tool that pushes them to Archtics in bulk. As you can see from their explanation below, their group sales team has to create a number of contacts for each game so that they can load tickets onto them. Unfortunately in the current module they have to create in Archtics first or generate an ID one at a time SF.

Client:

Our Group Sales team adds 200-1000 contacts per game into SF and Archtics because they need to load tickets into their accounts. Doing it through SF then creating the archtcs IDs is better because it defaults the archtics password to their last name.

Quick question: is there a way to bulk create contacts in SF with Archtics IDs? Those contacts are not currently in Archtics or salesforce.
