Setting Sales Rep in Archtics

We would like to have the sync settings between Salesforce and Archtics set such that the rep that uses the Ticket Manager feature in Salesforce to create an account in Salesforce would be become the sales rep listed on the account in Archtics.  This would save us time from having to update the rep manually in Archtics after each account creation.
