Sync Ticket Groups to CRM

If there was one thing in the Archtics data that could be incredibly impactful to have in native CRM, it would be ticket groups. Then any native function could tap into what customers have what tickets. It's funny to think that there is no way in the ticket module to simply grab a native view of STHs. Would be happy to explore options on this especially as teams are looking to leverage native CRM more for ticketing side needs.
