There is currently only 1 field available for CRM Managers to assign CRM Users as the Checked Out By rep. This feature is heavily used but is problematic for CRM systems housing multiple departments and venues/teams.
1. You can not have a Sales Rep and a Service Rep check out a contact.
2. The NBA team and G-League team are utilizing 1 crm system. They need to be able to check-out a contact to a NBA Sales Rep, NBA Service Rep, and a G-League Sales Rep.
These scenarios are forcing CRM Managers to find work arounds when using Fan Finder to assign activities. They have to utilize the Imports to be able to associate contacts to specific contacts and the problem would be alleviated if they could have multiple Check-Out By fields. They could then choose which Checked-Out by field they want to reference in the Assignment area of Fan Finder.
