When using FanFinder, there should be a way to change the default fields that are shown when creating a Ticket Sales Opportunity and Activity. We’re adding required fields to the TSO screen for reps and promised to pre-populate them when sending out campaigns, and it makes it east to forget to choose “Add a Field” then select the correct field every time. This would be so much easier and save time if we could choose which fields were displayed automatically every time.
