Add Deal Rating as an option when creating Approval Criteria

I want to be able to require that the rating field be populated.

In general, the idea is to open the logic of the Approval Criteria dropdown to allow other sponsorship module related fields to be added. Multiple fields (in addition to Deal Sheet Rating) would be useful to have as options.

This would be beneficial to trigger Approval Steps based on updated values to the Deal Sheet Rating.
