Added functionality to bulk edit tool

Create the ability to re check-out contacts as you reassign TSOs/Activities.
Ability to reassign TSOs/Activities to multiple reps (similar to how this functions in Fan Finder) at one time
Visibility into bulk edit log with added functionality to cancel a bulk edit job.
- Just like the campaign ‘history’ log in Fan Finder. You need to be able to see a list of jobs (to know if one is processing or not) and the ability to stop/cancel a job.
- Currently only KORE support can view the jobs in the backend, it would be very beneficial for this to be viewable for system admins.
