We would like to track real time attendance during live events. This would help ticketing understand the rate of flow into the event, help suites keep track of when certain clients check in, and also give a good understanding of attendance in real time as opposed to waiting until the next day.

Comment from the Bears: Generally – we want to utilize the real time attendance data in DWA, but due to the limitation that we do not get internal scans, we are missing a large # of our attendees because they scan in as an “internal scans”.
We unfortunately went the whole season unable to use this, but we are hoping to get this addressed during the offseason so we can use it next season.
