Add Archtics in the System field of the Customer Attribute

Product -> Product 2 mapping
Allow for Product -> Product 2 mapping, similar to how there is Division -> Product mapping. This would remove issues in reporting where a sales rep has used a Product and Product 2 combination that doesn't match.
