Prompt user to delete or set cancelled or complete status for activity that no longer exists in CRM instead of giving an error

When an activity has been deleted in CRM, there is no easy way to clean it in PSS. 

It would be good to give user an option to either delete the activity or set it to complete or cancelled status.

Currently it just gives an error that Activity with ID E.g.: '2a3c2e0e-778c-e911-a97d-000d3a310e39' doesn't exist.
