Add "Account" under the Recipient name on the call screen. To save time some of our reps will open new leads in new tabs in their browser and hammer through them that way instead of going back into the "To Do List" after making each call. If the contact is associated with a business currently the rep can't see that because the data is not on the call screen. They have to go back to the "To Do List" to see it. I am not necessarily in favor of this method of making calls but I do agree that adding that field to the call screen wouldn't hurt anything.
