Right now, the only season of a multi year deal that you can set the sale type (new, renewal, existing) for is the first year. However, one thing everyone always struggles with is how to handle option years. Example: 5-year deal, option after year 3, so essentially most teams will look at year 4 as a renewal year. It would be great to change that deal season to Renewal so it can show up in renewal reporting (additionally, KORE could edit the Renewal Revenue report to also look for those years and not just the last year of deals).
