When a user scrolls over lofts it currently has a pop-up/tool tip that will display the Loft/Suite # and user has to click on the actual Loft in order to get more details. Move details to tool tip/scroll over pop-up.

Tool tip/scroll over pop-up to display Loft/Suite number along with:

1. Availability

2. Current Deal Number and Customer Name if any

3. Past 2 Deals numbers w/ customer name (who had that loft/suite previously)

4. Occupancy (Total Seats and SRO)

5. Button to "Book Loft" or "Add To Cart" within pop-up - then it is added to the cart
