General Idea: It would be nice if there was a 'contract gallery' where documents associated to deals were stored for all deal sheets. The contract gallery would allow the end user to more easily locate and print/distribute these documents, as needed.
As far as what I'd like to see (specific to our current processes):
During the approval step process, when an attachment is included, the end-user would identify the attachment type (Contract, Amendment, Supporting Document).
The attachment is created as a record in the contract gallery. Record data includes: Attachment Type, Account Name, Deal Sheet #, Date of Upload.
Records in the gallery are able to easily filtered or searched.
