Our Corporate Partnership group, within a Deal Sheet, will sell tickets and to fulfill on those tickets we use the Service Console (to assign an event) and then create a task from the Console and assign it to our box office for fulfillment. This can be somewhat tedious and so my idea would be to have the ability to create a record within KORE's box office from the deal line. I could see a flag on the inventory item to identify it as being able to have a box office record and then a link on the deal sheet or in the deal sheet manager to create that box office record.

I could see the functionality just creating a TSO for the deal line to show up in the Box Office as long as there is a link back to the deal line.
