Add 'First Season Sale Type' to Call Screen Field Configuration Picklist

For Real Madrid (and other clients), success team would like to bring "First Season Sale Type" on to the call screen as an option in Call Screen Field Configuration.

The 'First Season Sale Type' is to specify whether a deal sheet is New, Renewal or Existing.
