Dynamic Fields on call screen based on security roles

Our service team uses TSO for service call campaigns . Previously we had required an event for all wins using the call screen configuration tool. However, most service campaign wins won't be associated to an event. Can we have the event field and other fields not required for the fan relations role while leaving it in place for other users?

Idea here would be accomplished via updated Activity Screen to choose scenarios or processes based on module/role/product/etc.
