Email Triggers - Service Console

Is there a way to set up an email to go out to specified employees when certain inventory items get allocated to games? I’m thinking of two examples:

1) Mascot Appearances – once dates are selected for mascot appearances, I’d like our mascot group to be notified
2) Tickets – I’d like an email going to the ticket office when game dates are selected for tickets in deals
