Whitecaps want to allow their Ticketing Sales team to have read-only access to Deal Sheets. Current security for deal sheets view also allows some dashboards and tableau related to sponsorship. Whitecaps do not want that. So essentially - create a user right, permitting Ticketing to view deal sheets only.
