Our organization determines Sponsorship goals based on the account book that a sales person has and in doing so when an account changes their overall goal changes.  We'd like to be able to associate a goal with either a sales person or an account, so the entity would have a many to 1 relationship with the account.

In addition to the account lookup we'd like to see the import/export functionality added to the goals within PSS.
