I would love to see some enhancement to premium holds.  

1. I would like to be able to see who created the hold.

2. Permissions on types of holds - so a management hold can only be removed by management, a pricing hold can be removed by the pricing coordinator, a rep can put a hold on a suite for a customer, but can't change any other hold, etc.

3. Functionality for holds to expire based on the type of hold.  i.e. customer hold expires, but an obstruction hold would not.
