Allow the salesman to create (using a button or link) a Premium Deal while still in the Deal Wizard (sponsorship side) so that it automatically links the Premium Deal to the Sponsorship Deal Wizard.

When a sponsor includes a premium/suites item to their sponsorship deal, and the deal is saved do one of two things:

1. "Create Premium Deal" button/link displays (becomes enabled) from within the Deal Wizard

2. the Premium Deal Wizard should open automatically to allow the salesman to begin creating Premium Deal
