I'd like to formally assign a contact/user (or multiple) to one division. That would allow the contact to always be assigned to the tasks and deals with that division. And, it would eliminate the need to add everyone to each deal and each task. We have some deals with 14 divisions and over assets, so this would eliminate the manual labor factor.
