As an internal user, when I upload a file to KONNECT, I need the ability to specify the visibility and who should be able to access the file.

These options should be:

• All Team Members - my internal team members can all see the file

• All Deal Members - Anyone on the deal (team or non-team) can see the file

• Specific Users - I can select one or more users that can see it
