Display complete event name when you hover over "Event" field in Manage Asset Delivery

If the Event name is larger than the width of the Event field on the Manage Asset Delivery section, you need to click on the field cell to reveal the complete Event name. Rather, the Event name should be revealed when hovering the mouse over the field cell. Currently, when you hover your mouse over it, it reads "Manage Asset Delivery".
