Business Needs:

Right now, tasks are associated with deals. However, there are cases I want to create tasks for team members to work on independent of a deal.

For example, we are going to sign a deal with Some Sports, Inc, but I would like to be able to create tasks now with this Account and assign them to my team members, to get the contract language completed, to finalize a certain aspect etc.

Currently, I would have to create a fake deal with this Account and create tasks for the dummy deal. However, the deal is not signed and may not sign for variety of reasons. Associating tasks to a fake deal doesn't make sense and also mess up with our metrics.

Suggestion:

If tasks could associate with the Account that would solve the problem.
