Similar as to how there is functionality for task %'s to set a custom %, I think there is the need to do the same for the delivery of a seasonal asset

For example, if we delivered 90% of courtside signage, the only option currently is to mark it as 100% delivered or 0 due to it being a seasonal item with a quantity of 1 or greater
