When tracking notes on activations specific to assets, there needs to be the ability to incorporate this into building out in the "Reports" section or in the Insights section, similar to how there is option for things such as "Internal Remarks" or "Specs" or Having the Ability to Export this into an output

Absent an API to the source, there is no way to input or include in reporting the specific notes to that asset's activation (social post performance, CR platform tracking, etc)
