It would be great to add the ability to define the difference between a task that is a "To Do" vs. something that purely requires "Approval".

If an item is To Do, it would behave very much like it does today with statuses of Not Started, In Progress, Complete.

If an item is an Approval, it would have statuses of Awaiting Response, Approved, Requires Updates
