It would be beneficial to have a setting where I can default all locations as unsellable unless a section rate card exists.
Currently, the Visualizer displays all spaces as available/sellable, irrespective of the presence of a sellable section rate card. To restrict availability based on Contract Type and Subtype, a rate card must be generated and designated as 'Sellable = False'.
In our arena, where we oversee numerous events and manage multiple contract sub-types, the current system necessitates the creation and management of an excessive number of rate cards to prevent sales representatives from bypassing established rates.
For instance, if we have three rental contract subtypes and three sections on the map, we must create nine rate cards, each indicating the sellable or unsellable status for every subtype and location. When extrapolated to encompass the entire arena, the number of rate cards required for a single event can quickly escalate into the hundreds.
Streamlining the process by only needing to indicate which locations are sellable would be highly beneficial.
