Implementation of a role-based hold management system in the Suites & Premium Module to provide added control over who can add or remove specific hold types. This caters to the needs of cross-functional teams who use the Premium module while ensuring the integrity of the hold management process. For instance, we have a hold type called 'opt-in hold,' which any user should be able to remove. However, we also have a hold type called 'Manager Hold' which only managers should have the ability to remove.
