It would be very useful for both sales reps, managers and analytics team members if you could easily see what activities are logged as a voicemail or a conversation. Right now, the ability to check the box "Voicemail" or "Conversation" on a TSO is not that useful because that box stays checked through the opportunity unless a rep remembers to change it, and since there is only 1 TSO to (usually) many activities, you only see the last time it was updated.
We are trying to track how many times our reps are actually speaking with a prospect vs. leaving a voicemail and an easy way for the reps to log it would be awesome.
