idea is to add the category and subcategory fields for the bulk touchpoint template.

standard imports do not function well with the tables involved with touchpoints. data type issues become a problem (ie - option sets come through as free string text). Customization to date in standard microsoft product has not led to desired outcome with import and columns desired.

the bulk template wizard does not enable bulk edits of fields not included in the template, as the records imported default to 'completed' as the setting.
