Improve Update Capabilities Through TDM As It Relates to Secondary Archtics IDs

Summary: Updates made on accounts that have multiple AR# the primary account will get updated on TDM and Ticketmaster but the secondary account will get updated just on Ticketmaster (Not in TDM).
 
Troubleshoot: Inform the client that currently the TDM  does not pull data for secondary accounts and relies on the integration to bring in the latest data.
 
Outcome: Publish TDM API changes to PSS snapshot
