Currently touchpoints can be loaded into the system quickly in bulk via the uploader. However, when these activities are created, they are not assigned a category or sub-category. This results in a bunch of un-categorized data in our Tableau reports when analyzing where our activity efforts are spent.

The majority of our unsolicited activities are tied to touchpoints and a large percentage of them are now uncategorized. Some reps use the Touchpoint Uploader almost exclusively as a way to efficiently enter activities in the system.

Ideal solution would be an updated touchpoint upload template that has two more columns for Activity Category and Sub-Category with drop-downs (similar to Touchpoint Type column).
