Change Follow Up Activity Type

Allow the activity type to be changed on a follow up activity. For example a follow up is scheduled to be a phone call, however the rep changes their mind and wants to make it a text message. The current work through is to cancel the activity and create a new activity and re-relate the activity to the Ticket Sales Opportunity, which is very time consuming and adds 5 extra clicks.
