Detect and update Ticket Sales Opportunity (TSO) Status Reason in PSS when client updates Status Reason picklist options in Dynamics

When client changes Status Reason picklist values on TSO entity, all existing TSOs with that status in KORE PSS DB do not get changed and stay with the old status. 

Proposed idea:

Develop a way to detect such change and resync all TSOs that fall in the category 

 

This is a frequent support request where current workaround is to update status manually directly in PSS database or resync a batch of TSOs
