Button to Refresh a Ticket Group On Demand

As a CRM Manager, I would like the ability to refresh a Ticket Group on demand.

If I create a ticket group for the first time or change the SQL query, I have to wait until the following day to see if it created correctly and if I want to reference the ticket group in fan finder. An on demand button would help!
