Currently, with many events and seasons being cancelled or postponed, staff are getting an influx of requests by customers that want to return or exchange tickets they've purchased or potentially change payment information based on their financial situation.
In the past, there was only a small amount of these coming in so basically email communication would suffice but given the increase in frequency, it's important to be able to correctly track and queue this work up for the Box Office to stay organized and not overwhelm the team.
We'd like to see KORE expand it's Box Office Order Form features to handle not only the sales process but also the return/exchange/payment process for tickets that have already been purchased.
