Add Archtics in the System field of the Customer Attribute
The 'System' field in the Customer Attribute dashboard only display LiveAnalytics, Turnkey, Acxiom and Other. I would like to add 'Arctics' when it's an integration from Archtics.

Add an activity date to the Next Scheduled Activity column
There is currently a Ticket Opportunity field titled Next Activity Scheduled that does not pull down any data. It would be extremely helpful (and to us, a necessity) to have the date of the next scheduled activity populated here.
